How to choose automobile wire?

The selection principle of automobile wire is based on the insulation degree of the wire, the current passing through and the required mechanical strength.Electrical equipment working for a long time can choose actual carrying capacity of 60% of the wire;For electrical equipment with short working time, conductors with actual carrying capacity between 60% and 100% can be selected.Automobile power system belongs to low voltage power supply, with large working current and voltage loss.Too much voltage loss will affect the normal operation of the electrical equipment, so when the wire section and selection, to ensure that the voltage loss shall not exceed a certain value: 12V system is not greater than 0.5v, 24V system is not greater than 1.0v.The actual working current of the wire is not allowed to be greater than the allowable carrying current of the wire.
